Sydney – 18 March 2025: ASI Solutions is thrilled to announce that three of our outstanding team members have been named finalists in the Women in ICT Awards (WIICTA) 2025, a prestigious program that celebrates female excellence in the Australian technology sector.
Now in its tenth year, WIICTA continues to honour women who are making significant contributions to ICT, driving innovation, and shaping the future of technology. With over 300 nominations from more than 102 organisations, the 2025 awards have recognised 186 finalists across eight categories.

Recognising ASI Solutions’ exceptional talent
We are incredibly proud to have three of our team members acknowledged for their leadership, expertise, and dedication to advancing the ICT industry:
- Shantel Wilson (Lockhart) – Entrepreneur Finalist
This category recognises individuals who take risks, drive innovation, and successfully launch new ventures, products, or services.
- Marilyn Tiangco – Rising Star Finalist
Open to professionals with 10 years or less experience in ICT, this category acknowledges those making a significant impact early in their careers.
- Cecilia Huang – Shining Star Finalist
Reserved for professionals with 11-20 years of experience, this award recognises individuals who are driving strategic growth and leading key initiatives.
