Sustainability at ASI means doing what’s right for our people, our partners, and the planet.

We focus our efforts across three key areas: Environment, Social, and Governance—guided by the UN Sustainable Development Goals and aligned with the way we do business every day.

Environment

We reduce our footprint by choosing renewable energy, recycling IT assets, and partnering with vendors who prioritise sustainability. From device lifecycle planning to carbon offsetting, we take responsibility for our impact.

Social

We support a fairer future—backing social enterprises, creating a safe and inclusive workplace, and building digital skills in the communities we serve.

Governance

Strong governance keeps us accountable. Our ESG Board, certified frameworks, and internal culture groups ensure we’re not just meeting requirements—we’re living our values.

Our ESG efforts are led by executive sponsors and embedded through our Director of People, Culture and Sustainability. An internal ESG Board ensures we focus on the work that matters most, while our Culture Collective brings in perspectives from across the business to guide and test ideas.

We maintain key certifications and reporting to ensure our strategy aligns with both regulations and real-world impact, including:
